Feedback From Seller

We have had no further calls/enquiries since I last spoke to you which is disappointing but it's also relatively early days, we've have 236 hits, only takes one to be genuine and interested and that is without the photos in the paper etc.

If you don't mind honest feedback then read on.....

Firstly, I think the idea/ concept/ format of your product is great you seem to have the customer service side etc sewn up

Have spoken to friends family about it, some have just volunteered their opinions so I think it's fairly reliable feedback, they like the site, agree about floor plans this would be a big plus!

Main feed back was most didn't notice the add in the property guide, have to say I had to really look for it, not my individual house as such, as I already understood this would only be a line in a list, but the actual advert, I think the homebye logo as seen on the boards should be the largest part of the advert as it is a great eye catching graphic with the block bold colour.

Unfortunately 8 out of 10 people surveyed..... sorry if it sounds a bit like that but most people I have asked have said they would look at rightmove and that you need property pictures on the property guide advertisement, even if it is just to get it noticed and while you establish the homebye brand name!
